There is no God. All religions are basically the same. Miracles are impossible. The Bible is hopelessly ancient and unreliable. Science disproves God. These messages (and many more) are constantly being promoted by a secular world and are likely to challenge your kids’ faith eventually…especially if you haven’t prepared them first. This session will address …
Natasha Crain is a popular blogger, author, and speaker who is passionate about equipping Christian parents to raise their kids with an understanding of how to make a case for and defend their faith in an increasingly secular world. Her first book, Keeping Your Kids on God’s Side: 40 Conversations to Help Them Build a Lasting Faith, was released by Harvest House in March 2016.
Natasha discovered the importance of apologetics after starting the blog Christian Mom Thoughts in 2011 to share ideas for building a Christ-centered home with other parents. As her blog grew in popularity, she started receiving a constant stream of comments from skeptics challenging the truth of Christianity—challenges she realized she couldn’t answer. Natasha set off on an intense reading journey, earned a certificate in Christian apologetics from Biola University, and shifted her blog’s focus to equipping other Christian parents with the same knowledge. Today, her blog attracts more than 25,000 readers each month.
Natasha has an MBA in Marketing and Statistics from the Anderson School at UCLA. She was a marketing executive before leaving the corporate world to focus on writing and speaking about apologetics for parents. Natasha, her husband, and three young children live in Southern California.
